01What is Streamer Dashboard for TikTok LIVE agencies?
Streamer Dashboard is a shared workspace for agency owners, LIVE managers and streamers. It makes goals, milestones, current performance, tasks and rewards clear and accessible for every role.
02How does Streamer Dashboard sync data from TikTok LIVE Backstage?
An authorized Chrome extension reads only the Backstage data available to the signed-in user. Active extensions across the agency automatically contribute to one shared agency record. Duplicate records are reconciled, and an incomplete sync never replaces the last complete dataset.
03What can agency owners, LIVE managers and streamers access?
Agency owners invite users, review assignments and goals, manage teams, incentive rules and budgets. LIVE managers manage their assigned streamers and teams and can add streamers, but they cannot create or change incentives. Streamers can access only their own goals, progress and rewards.
04How are goals, milestones and potential lost income displayed?
Daily, weekly and monthly targets—including LIVE hours, sessions and Diamonds—are shown with current progress and time remaining. Streamer Dashboard can also show the estimated financial impact of missing a target. This is a transparent estimate based on available data, not an income guarantee.
05How do incentives and team rewards work?
Only the agency owner can define incentives. Rewards can include a title, description, image or video and monetary value, and can target individual streamers, teams or LIVE managers. Team rewards may be distributed per member, by contribution, to top performers or through a shared pool. A streamer can belong to only one team at a time.
06Are TikTok login credentials shared between agency members?
No. Each extension uses only that member’s active Backstage session and permissions. Passwords, cookies and TikTok sessions are never shared between team members. Only authorized agency data is combined into the shared workspace.
